~One ring to rule them all~I was born in Edinburgh, Scotland on the 3rd December 1974
and am now 32 years old.
I graduated in an honours degree in ancient history at Edinburgh University in 2005. Apart from the ancient world, my other interests include books, movies, art, music and hitting heavily armoured people with large metal objects (Otherwise known as battle re-enactment!). My tv favourites include classics like Twin Peaks, Robin Of Sherwood, Cadfael and I Claudius. Feel free to email me! You'll find my address at the foot of the page.
One of my favourite authors is of course, JRR Tolkien, his world being the primary inspiration behind this site.
Other authors whose work I enjoy include Arthur C Clarke, Anne Rice, David Gemmel, Michael Ondaatje, Bernard Cornwell and Clive Barker.
